What if you could hear your own voice again?
Life doesn't stand still. Careers evolve. Families grow and change. Children leave home.
We move, retire, or discover that what once worked no longer fits the life we're living today.
It’s easy to spend all of your energy responding to everyone else's needs.
As a certified life coach, I help women get clear on what matters most to them and create a life
that feels calmer, more balanced, and aligned with their values.
You’re doing a lot. What do you want for you?
You’re managing work, family, and everything in between.
You keep going, but somewhere along the way, your own needs have gotten pushed aside.
Feeling pulled in too many directions
Struggling to prioritize what actually matters
Carrying guilt about how you’re spending your time & energy
Feeling anxious, scattered, or
constantly "on"
Trying to balance work, family,
and personal needs
Considering what you want for yourself in a new chapter
You don’t need another thing on your to-do list. You need space to step back, figure out
what you want, what you need and how to get there.
Hear your voice. Find your balance. Live with intention.
I helps you step back, understand what's really going on, and create a plan that fits your life.
Together, we'll:

Identify your strengths
and what matters most

Set meaningful goals aligned with your values

Build habits & boundaries
that support your life

Develop the tools and support to move forward

What Clients Say
Ellen, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the guidance you provided me, which was instrumental in helping me reach my goals. You challenged me to think deeply and creatively, paving the way to a future I have longed for. Thank you for your invaluable support!
D.H.
I turned to Ellen for help when feeling overwhelmed by the chaos of life with young children. Ellen helped me regain the sense of calm and control in my home. She helped me see that I have the strength and ability within me to be the mother I want to be. It was an amazing experience!
M.S.
I highly recommend Ellen as a life coach. She listens well and understands where a person is coming from before setting realistic and ambitious goals. It is so good talking through challenges with her, and she is so efficient! In just a few meetings, Ellen’s approach helps people work towards their goals on their own.
T.F.
When I first started working with Ellen, I had just retired after a lifetime of creating schedules and to-do
lists in a never ending (mostly unsuccessful) attempt to be efficient and organized. It became immediately
apparent that this would be different.
We began by drafting a goal that stayed front and center throughout our sessions. Rather than simply
creating organizational systems, we focused on the reasons behind them: creating a happier, less stressful retirement.
Ellen’s assignments helped me understand myself better than ever before, and identify strengths, abilities
and resources I never knew I had. Her examples and analogies illustrated the concepts she was imparting,
and she went above and beyond with suggestions and referrals to deal with various stresses in my life.
The end result for me is a clear plan for a busy, active and productive retirement. Beyond that I now have
the tools to create, modify, adjust and adapt going forward. I highly recommend Ellen for anyone trying to
live a better, more meaningful, productive, happier and lower stress life!

FAQs
What is life coaching?
Life coaching is a collaborative process that helps you gain clarity, identify what matters most to you, and move toward meaningful goals. We’ll look at your strengths, patterns, responsibilities, and choices, and develop practical strategies that fit your life.
What can we work on together?
That depends on what matters to you. Common areas include work-life balance, time management, strategies for increasing calm, and making intentional life decisions.
Is coaching therapy?
No. Coaching and therapy serve different purposes. My coaching approach is a focused, short-term process to help you use your strengths to work towards specific goals.
What does trauma-informed coaching mean?
My trauma-informed training gives me additional understanding of how stress and past experiences can affect the body, emotions, and nervous system, as well as practical tools to release the stress and feel calmer. Trauma does not need to be the focus of our work.
Do you work with men, or with people outside of Israel?
Yes, while I primarily work with women in Israel, I do also work with men and with people
living outside of Israel. Coaching sessions are available in person (in Neve Daniel or Jerusalem), or online.
How do we get started?
We begin with a free discovery call. It’s an opportunity for you to tell me a little about what’s going on, ask questions, and see whether coaching with me feels like a good fit.
